Review every trade first
Start with the trade list. For each trade, check symbol, direction, entry, stop loss, target, exit, result, setup, mistake, and lesson.
If a trade has no clear reason, that is important data. Mark it instead of hiding it.
Check process quality
Ask whether trades followed the plan, whether risk was controlled, whether the session was appropriate, and whether you reacted emotionally after wins or losses.
Process quality matters because a green day can still train bad habits if it came from lucky rule-breaking.
Look for one pattern
Do not try to fix everything in one review. Choose one repeated issue: late entries, early exits, no stop, bad session, revenge trade, or missed setup.
A focused daily review creates cleaner weekly improvement.
Write tomorrow's rule
End the review with one rule for the next trading day. Make it specific, visible, and realistic.
Examples: no trade before the level breaks, stop after two losses, trade only London, or no entry without screenshot plan.
