What we collect
Tradepixa collects account details such as name and email, authentication information, saved trade entries, uploaded screenshots, extraction results, settings, support messages, and optional newsletter consent.
How we use data
We use data to provide the trading journal, save screenshots and trades, show analytics, improve extraction quality, protect accounts, provide support, and send product updates only when you opt in.
Screenshots and trading data
Screenshots can contain sensitive trading information. You should review screenshots before uploading and avoid uploading personal documents or information that is not needed for journaling.
AI processing
Tradepixa may process uploaded screenshots, saved trade entries, journal notes, and assistant questions to extract trade fields, generate insights, and provide Pro AI Coach answers. When AI features use AI model providers such as Cloudflare Workers AI or OpenRouter, the relevant prompt and saved trade context may be sent to those providers for processing. AI output is for organization and review support only. It is not financial advice.
Newsletter consent
Marketing emails are optional. If you check the newsletter box, we record that consent with your account. You can unsubscribe or ask us to remove marketing consent later.
Deletion and access
You can delete trades and screenshots inside the app. For account-level access, export, correction, or deletion requests, contact Tradepixa support.
