No physical shipping
Tradepixa is a digital software product. We do not ship physical goods, and there are no shipping charges for using Tradepixa.
Delivery of access
After successful payment, Pro access is activated on the user's Tradepixa account. In most cases this happens immediately. If access is delayed, contact us with your registered email and payment reference.
Exchange
Since Tradepixa is a digital subscription, product exchange does not apply. Plan or billing issues can be reviewed by contacting support.
