Level
Write why the level matters
A useful level may come from previous highs or lows, consolidation, liquidity, session extremes, or repeated reactions. Journal the reason, not only the line.

Support and resistance can be useful, but only when the level is meaningful and the reaction is clear. A journal helps you see whether you are trading real structure or drawing levels after the result.
Level
A useful level may come from previous highs or lows, consolidation, liquidity, session extremes, or repeated reactions. Journal the reason, not only the line.
Reaction
Support and resistance trades need evidence. Was there rejection, acceptance, reclaim, breakout, or failure? Save the screenshot so this is visible later.
Risk
A stop placed randomly makes the level harder to review. Write what price action would prove the idea wrong.
Pattern
Over time, your journal can show whether you trade better at clean range edges, session levels, higher-timeframe levels, or intraday reactions.

FAQ
Save the level reason, screenshot, reaction, entry, stop, target, result, mistake, and lesson.
Often the issue is poor level quality, late entries, random stops, or trading levels after the move is already gone.
